ATP Testing
How do you know when a surface is clean if you can’t see bacteria and viruses? We all like to think after a surface is cleaned and disinfected that is the actually true. We all know numbers don’t lie. Maid 2 Clean will put our cleaning to the test and let the numbers speak for themselves. We will test the surface before and after we clean.
An ATP test measures the Relative Light Units (RLU) on a surface to determine how clean it is. This is a standard practice in the food industry to monitor how clean their surfaces are. ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) is found in all living organisms and is the universal unit of energy. Measuring the levels of ATP will give an indication of how clean the surface is.
Using this information we can ensure the surface is clean to our standards or if additional actions are needed. We can also track the progress of the numbers over time, helping you maintain a safe and clean environment between services.
